Edward Nightskin, a rootworker, has been released by his mentor into the world. His first case, a house infested by spirits that must be cleared. This is what happens when folks buy cursed objects. They should not be here, you begin to think that neither should you be here.
With the help of your ancestor, Gerald Nightskin, make your way through an afflicted house in the deep south, find the cursed objects and send the spirits home to glory.

Too easy, didn't need a skull's advice. Ending is black screen, and what was the point, skull wants more power... so?
It is a game jam game, not a full gaming experience. Yes, it is a simple game of hot and cold. The theme is "You should not be here", your character is cleansing a house of items that aren't supposed to be there and yes.. at the end the ancestor skull wants more power. If the game were to continue there would be other houses and environments etc. But it is a game jam submission, not a full horror experience.
